Oxtalls Bridge

posted in: Public Open Space Works | 0

This project required the team to re-landscape an area at Gloucester University Campus from a drab seeded area to wildflower meadows, incorporating a “beach” area.

This was achieved by removing 2,500 tonnes of soil and re-scalloping the profile.

Large boulders were included to enhance the setting.

To facilitate these works we were required to provide an in house fabricated 10 tonne load certified temporary bridge.

Our team built this bridge from scratch and the installation of this bridge allowed the works to be carried out successfully.
